Thanks to our 2024 Women’s Leadership Luncheon sponsors and attendees

News cycles often focus on the turbulent and divisive aspects of current events. Attendees at this year’s Women’s Leadership Luncheon events enjoyed considering the other side of that narrative. This year’s theme of Women as Peacemakers in a Fractured World of Violence offered an opportunity to hear the distinct experiences of four women who, through their professional careers and personal philosophies, strive to bring peace and positivity to their work, their lives and the experience of those with whom they interact.

Being able to offer events such as the School Sisters of Notre Dame (SSND) Women’s Leadership Luncheon to our attendees for free is no small feat, and only possible due to the committed support of the individuals, organizations and businesses who recognize and celebrate SSND and women leaders. The luncheons, spread out across four cities and four days in March, united more than 1,600 guests from across the province. The events serve as an annual opportunity for sisters, associates, friends and supporters to join in their common belief of the ability for women to foster significant and meaningful change in our world. Each speaker offered their own unique stories and reflections, sometimes generating applause or laughter from the audience, and other times moments for quiet consideration.

Each year, our Women’s Leadership Luncheon continues to build on the tradition of offering thoughtful discussion around timely topics and issues. We look forward to seeing everyone next year.
