Central Pacific Province Laudato Si’ Reflection Survey

The School Sisters of Notre Dame (SSND) decision to participate in the Laudato Si’ Action Platform (LSAP) and become a Laudato Si' Congregation through a seven-year journey of ecological conversion is a critical commitment at a time we seek to respond in bold and decisive ways to the cries of the earth and the cries of the poor.

Our Year One CP Laudato Si’ Action Plan was launched on July 1, 2022, and featured six areas of focus – prayer, eating less meat, less single use plastic, engage in one supporting action weekly, incorporating SSND Laudato Si’ commitments into our existing goal-setting processes and reflecting these commitments in our meeting and event planning. The plan was the result of input from sisters and associates and our reflection on the signs of the times and existing School Sisters of Notre Dame priorities and commitments.

The Laudato Si’ Animation Team would love your feedback and input in reviewing how our Year One CP Laudato Si’ Action Plan is going and to consider ideas for our Year Two Plan! We have once again put together a CP Laudato Si' Reflection that we invite you to fill out.

Your feedback will help guide SSND Central Pacific Province put together a Year Two Laudato Si’ Plan for the province.

We ask that you submit the completed reflection survey by May 9.
