St. Charles Borromeo, St. Charles, Missouri is the proud winner of two Blue Ribbon Awards from the U.S. government. This school has a diverse population—Hispanic, Asian, African American and Caucasian—with families from varied economic stages in life. Families are single parent and two-parent families, and families with adopted children from Russia and Asia. There is a very close knit family environment with students of former students now attending. 

For Catholic Schools Week we do a family heritage project which is done as a family or families and displayed for all to see. Students also choose to work with St. Vincent de Paul at Holy Angels in East St. Louis. Others participate in the March for Life or write a prayer together, make up a "faith" game, choose a favorite song and display that.”
