We also advise all School Sisters of Notre Dame (SSND) Central Pacific (CP) Province employees about their responsibility to protect this data, and we provide them with appropriate guidelines for adhering to our business ethics standards and confidentiality policies. Inside SSND CP Province, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access.
Information that may be collected automatically
We use analytics services by third parties (e.g. Google) to collect information about the use of our site, such as number of visits, pages visited and the popularity of particular content. When you visit our website, the analytics services may receive and collect information such as your IP address, referral URL, exit URL, browser software, operating system, date/time and/or clickstream data. They may collect information such as what pages you visit and how much time you spend on these pages. From these analytics services, we only see reports giving us subtotals and averages, not information about individuals.

We only have access to personal information that you voluntarily give us via email and web forms including but not limited, to donations, registrations, sign-up forms or other direct contact from you. We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our email campaigns, please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from us.
If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message sent from us.
