Amy Lovell

Founder, REDgen and
Co-Founder, Scaling Wellness in Milwaukee

Amy Lovell is one of the founders of REDgen, a nonprofit organization in Milwaukee whose mission is to advocate for youth mental health and wellbeing. She currently serves on REDgen’s Board of Directors. Amy is co-founder of Scaling Wellness in Milwaukee, a nonprofit whose mission is to drive community-based collaboration that helps to prevent and respond to trauma and create a resilient Milwaukee. She is a board member for the Harry and Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center and The Opportunity Center.

In 2020, Amy was honored by the Milwaukee Business Journal as a Women of Influence. Amy has a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and worked as a pharmacist for Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in Pittsburgh prior to moving to Milwaukee in 2008.

Amy is passionate about mental health and resilience. This passion is strengthened by her life experiences. Amy is married to Marquette University President, Mike Lovell, has four adult children and is an active member of Holy Family Parish.
