Dear Friend of the School Sisters of Notre Dame,
In 1833, our foundress, Blessed Theresa of Jesus Gerhardinger, established the School Sisters of Notre Dame (SSND). Her words and wisdom have guided us over the past 190 years. As we celebrate the anniversary of the founding of our congregation, we are blessed to see the future that she spoke of. Without the initial supporters, we would not be here today.
We have many Sisters in active ministry, yet we still need your support to meet the ongoing needs of our retired sisters. Your financial gift ensures:
- Sisters, who have dedicated their lives in service of our community, are able to retire in peace and prayer together.
- Cost of skilled care is provided to Sisters that require it.
- Sisters are provided a safe, dedicated community and all the benefits that are offered with it.
